Warranty

Products form Quality Hi-Fi Woks Audio, S. L., from this point on, QHW Audio, for final user, from this point on, apparatus, are warranted against manufacturing faults for a period of two years from purchasing date.

Productos from QHW Audio for manufacturers or particular producers (“DIYers”), from this point on, integration components, are warranted against manufacturing faults for a period of one year from purchasing date,  unless anything against this is arranged between customer and QHW Audio during purchasing.

Conditions and coverage of warranty on apparatus

These products are warranted by QHW Audio with the legal warranty covered by the legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

To access the warranty it is essential to prove the acquisition of the product by means of the presentation of the ticket or the invoice of purchase and the delivery note, case of the delivery of the product is after the date of purchase.

The warranty is extended to all countries where this product is distributed by QHW Audio or by a dealer assigned by QHW Audio. This warranty is subject to the legal provisions in force in each country.

It is guaranteed the conformity of the product in accordance with the use for which it is intended.

Within the warranty period, QHW Audio will repair free of charge, any defect of the appliance due to its construction, either repairing, replacing or providing a new appliance, considering that the chosen option is feasible and not be economically disproportionate according to our criteria. To qualify for the repair, the owner must go by an after-sales service authorized by QHW Audio or, if does not exist in your country, contact QHW Audio using the support request form. In case of purchasing the product through a distributor assigned by QHW Audio you can go to it for requesting warranty coverage.

The service suspends the computation of the period indicated. The period of suspension will begin from the customer put the good QHW Audio available or the corresponding authorized service and will conclude with the delivery the appliance customer. Consequently, the warranty will be extended time that has lasted for such repair.

This warranty does not apply in the cases of: misuse, improper use of the product without dealing with instructions in the manual of the same, by the improper manipulation of the appliance by a person not authorized by QHW Audio, by the deterioration of the product due to external agents such as lime or other harmful, chemical, obstructive or corrosive products, due to improper maintenance lack of cleaning or the use of non-original brand spare parts. Failures or non-operation caused by incorrect voltages and electrical installations will also not be covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not include: lamps, crystals, plastic or cosmetic parts that are claimed broken after the first use.

It also does not cover the use and wear regular maintenance or replacement of consumables.

The warranty does not cover use for unexpected functions.

This warranty does not affect the rights available to the holder in accordance with provisions in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

Warranty conditions and coverage on integration components (does not affect apparatus for end user).

Integration components are not considered products for the end user or consumer, but for manufacturers and sound electronics aficionados who want to incorporate them in their creations as a component.

Given the nature of its use, which involves manipulating the same by procedures, such as soldering, which can lead to the destruction or partial loss of features or specifications decrease. In the case of a component with this nature, the warranty will no longer be applicable once the component has been installed since it is very difficult to test that the mounting is done according to specifications.

If you assemble a product with a procedure such as soldering or similar and check its malfunction and have more equal products, you must contact with QHW Audio using the support request form exposing the case and don’t mount them to preserve the warranty.
